Amelia Bonilla is the firm’s client success specialist, serving as the point of contact for new and established clients as well as class members. She plays a key role in new case investigations and development, and coordinates with claims administration for processing settlement claims and distributing proceeds. Using her exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, she works diligently to ensure that the firm’s existing clients are well-served and that new business and relationships are developed.
Amelia has a well-rounded background from working in the Bay Area legal and client relations communities. She joined the firm from a paralegal position at a boutique law firm, where she communicated and collaborated with clients to facilitate case success. Before that, she likewise specialized in this area as a legal assistant and paralegal for two other boutique law firms.
In addition, Amelia has been active in the Bay Area community, serving as a project coordinator for Restorative Justice programs at the Santa Cruz County Office of Education, a Juvenile Hall instructor, and as a community engagement assistant in affordable housing efforts for the Monterey Bay Economic Partnership. She is a co-founder of People of Change, a non-profit organization focused on the social, political, and economic prosperity of black and Indigenous people of color communities.
