Brian Lowry is the Firm’s Client Success Specialist, serving as the point of contact for new and established clients as well as class members. He coordinates with claims administration for processing claims for settlement and distribution of proceeds. He also develops marketing strategy and facilitates new business for the Firm.
With a background in engineering, Brian obtained significant technical experience through various roles in technical research, product development, applications engineering, and consulting—primarily involved with semiconductors and embedded systems. In his legal career prior to and since joining the Firm, Brian has contributed to fact investigation, legal research, patent analysis, contract drafting, and matters of compliance. Brian is well-suited to coordinating complex projects, and he oversees tasks with finely balanced attention to customer service and strong analytical skills and approaches.
Brian is currently an Advisory Board Member of the EMI Foundation, which promotes Alternative Dispute Resolution education, concepts, and philosophies. He actively serves as an adjudicator for law school negotiation competitions, including most recently for the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition. He is a UC Hastings Alternative Dispute Resolution Team coach and a volunteer community mediator with the San Francisco Community Boards.
Among other honors and associations, Brian was a 2015 finalist in the International Chamber of Commerce Representation in Mediation Competition in Paris, a 2014 KPMG Privacy Scholar, and a 2013 Mozilla Summer Legal Fellow.
