Gurjit Aulkh

Gurjit Aulkh is the Firm’s paralegal coordinator.  As such, he plays two key roles, First, he oversees workflow among the Firm’s paralegals by coordinating team efforts, assisting with logistical challenges, and offering advice on best practices. Secondly, he assists Joseph Saveri with case tracking and a full range of paralegal tasks covering all phases of discovery, trial, and settlements. He specializes in class action and antitrust matters and is highly skilled in e-discovery programs and litigation software

To perform this hybrid, complex role, Gurjit relies on experience drawn from almost twenty years of successfully handling various tasks covering the legal landscape. He draws from extensive experience as a paralegal and case manager at Oakland and San Francisco firms, including being the lead paralegal at trial with nationally-known, elite-level lawyer David Boies. He has also gathered a deep understanding of legal personnel and how firms operate as a recruiter/account executive for staffing agency Robert Half International.

Gurjit Aulkh has strong research, organizational, and time management skills, and is experienced in litigating in federal and state courts.
