Nicole Alioto brings a thoughtful, strategic mindset to every aspect of her paralegal work, combining a genuine passion for the law with a sharp eye for detail. She is drawn to the legal field because it combines her love of structure, strategy, and advocacy. Known for her thoroughness, reliability, and ability to manage complex cases, she thrives on the intellectual challenge of legal work and takes pride in supporting attorneys with precision and professionalism.

Nicole prides herself on building respectful, collaborative, and inclusive teams, and takes an active role in engaging with colleagues at all levels. She believes success is rooted in team morale and the ability to come together in support of one another.  

Nicole was most recently a litigation manager at a Corte Madera–based law office, where she provided comprehensive case management and legal support to managing partners in business and real estate matters across all phases of litigation in California state courts. Prior to that, she served as a litigation paralegal and executive assistant at the Alioto Law Firm in San Francisco, where she supported trial and appellate work in complex antitrust cases.  

Before transitioning into the legal field, Nicole worked for many years as general manager of her family’s business, Alioto’s Restaurant, a San Francisco institution. While there, she developed exceptional communication, operations, and team leadership skills in a high-pressure, service-driven environment. She also studied law in the United Kingdom, gaining an international perspective that deepened her understanding of legal systems and added a global dimension to her work.

Nicole dedicated nine years coordinating events at St. Patrick School, a role driven by her passion for community involvement. She actively volunteers with the SF-Marin Food Bank and has traveled to Guatemala to build homes for families through the From Houses to Homes organization
