The Joseph Saveri Law Firm, LLP is investigating alleged agreements between CACI International Inc. (including its subsidiaries CACI Technologies LLC and CACI Technologies Inc.) and The Buffalo Group not to hire one another’s employees. These alleged agreements impinge on individual workers’ rights by preventing them from seeking better pay and opportunities with other employers in their field, and they affect intelligence workers generally by suppressing compensation for all such employees. The alleged agreements restrain competition for workers’ services, which has the effect of suppressing compensation, in violation of United States antitrust laws.
The firm and co-counsel Isaac Wiles Burkholder & Teetor, LLC recently filed a class action against CACI and co-Defendants Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. and Mission Essential Personnel, LLC alleging they entered into similar agreements not to hire one another’s skilled employees at the Joint Intelligence Operations Center Europe Analytic Center located in Molesworth, England. The alleged no-hire agreement between CACI and The Buffalo Group hints at a broader agreement than the one alleged in the lawsuit since it appears to be a company-wide agreement, rather than an agreement limited to one program. And it may hint at a broader pattern of agreements between defense contractors not to hire one another’s workers.
