Joseph Saveri has been selected as one of the top “competition–plaintiff” lawyers worldwide in the Who’s Who Legal: Competition 2024 guide, a publication of Who’s Who Legal and Global Competition Review.
The 2024 edition praises Joe as a “fearless negotiator” who “achieves the best possible results for his clients.” It also noted that his “ability to analyze and unravel opposing parties’ arguments in real time is phenomenal.” Joe has been selected yearly for this honor since 2015.
Since 1996 Who’s Who Legal, now part of Lexology, has identified the foremost legal practitioners and consulting experts in business law based upon thorough, independent research. It is dedicated to identifying the world’s leading lawyers across multiple practice areas and publishes a series of guides throughout the year. Who’s Who Legal covers over 50 practice areas globally and lists practitioners in more than 170 jurisdictions.
For its Competition edition, Who’s Who Legal teams up with Global Competition Review to borrow from its in-depth knowledge of the leading antitrust lawyers and its distribution channels. Competition nominees are selected based upon comprehensive independent survey work with both general counsel and lawyers in private practice worldwide. Only specialists who meet independent international research criteria are listed. The lawyers selected advise and represent clients in internal, regulatory, and criminal investigations as well as assisting with merger filings, civil and criminal litigation, and cartel matters. This year’s guide features 2,160 lawyers, 62 barristers, and 868 firms across 63 countries.
Global Competition Review is one of a number of news services within Who’s Who Legal’s wider company, Law Business Research. Global Competition Review provides a subscription-based news and resource service (both online and print) and several live events throughout the year.
