(Law360)  Joseph Saveri, founder of the Joseph Saveri Law Firm, was selected and profiled today by Law360 as a Titan of the Plaintiffs Bar. The winners’ group spans the world and includes heavyweights in the fields of antitrust, class action, mass torts, and securities law. The group represents the finest work of holding corporations accountable and protecting consumers’ rights. Winners were determined by a review and recognition of their significant wins scored over the past year, as well as by their distinguishing qualities and influence in their practice area.

Today's article focused on Joe's success in High-Tech Employees "No-Poach" Antitrust Litigation. The firm serves as Co-Lead Class Counsel for a class of over 64,000 employees of leading technology companies against their employers for their alleged agreements to restrict recruiting and prevent employee turnover. (Update: In 2015, Google Inc., Apple Inc., Adobe Systems Inc., and Intel Corporation agreed to $415 million in settlements. Prior to that, Intuit Inc., Lucasfilm, Ltd., and Pixar agreed to separate settlements totaling $20 million.)

Law360 likewise covered Joe's success in a class action accusing De Beers SA of unfairly monopolizing the rough diamond market that eventually yielded a $295 million settlement and another suit accusing a group of chemical companies of fixing the price of titanium dioxide that led to $165 million in settlements.
